Hayward, CA, October 20, 2010 - Applied Biomics, Inc., a leading Proteomics service provider, today announced its launch of NanoLC-MS/MS service. The newly added services are ideal for protein identification of samples that contain protein mixtures.
As a nice complement to our existing MALDI TOF/TOF service, NanoLC-MS/MS includes separating the peptide mixture from a proteolytic digestion (usually trypsin digestion) on a Nano HPLC column, followed by acquiring a MS/MS spectra for each fragmented peptide. This service is a superior platform for the analysis of protein mixtures since each peptide is independently sequenced.
Our new NanoLC-MS/MS service is for researchers who need protein identification of the following samples:
1) Low complexity samples: 1D gel bands
2) Moderate complexity samples: Immuno-precipitated protein mixture, column purified samples or ligand bound proteins
3) High complexity samples: whole cell lysate, tissue, serum etc
We offer competitive prices and guarantee a one-week turn around time.
