Aminotic Fluid 2D DIGE

Study the early diagnostic marker from human aminotic fluids. Green color: normal; Red color: disease. The paired samples were analyzed by 2D DIGE using pH3-10 linear IPG strip. The overlay images showed the difference between the aminotic fluid samples collected from patient (in green color) and normal (in red color).
