Quantitative 1D Gel and 1D Western Blot

We offer quantitative 1D Gel and 1D Western blot featuring:

1) High sensitivity: 1ng /band
2) Quantitative: accurate quantitation by ImageQuantTM TL (GE Healthcare, version 7.0)
3) Data output: band intensity, % band, protein quantity
4) Western blot: single, double or triple-color Western blots are available to detect one, two or three antigens in the same time
Example: Time-dependent protein phosphorylation detected by double-color 1D Western blot

Total proteins were extracted from the drug treated HT 29 cells under different time points. In each lane, equal amount of protein was labeled and loaded. The gel was then transferred to a PVDF membrane for a two-color Western blot:
A: Total proteins
B: Western blot with mouse anti-14-3-3
C: Western blot with rabbit anti-phospho14-3-3 antibodies
